Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at Palacio Julio Hotel, with a superb location just a couple of blocks from the Zócalo, making it easy to explore Puebla's historical sites. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, but it was quite small and lacked some necessary amenities like drawers. The service felt a bit lacking, as the staff were not very helpful when I had questions. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking to spend more time exploring rather than staying in your room.
My stay at Palacio Julio Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, just a block away from the Zocalo Puebla and surrounded by lots of dining options, the service was lacking. The room was clean but basic, and I struggled with the mattress comfort—definitely not the best sleep. On the plus side, there’s a nice rooftop area for taking in city views, which I appreciated.
I had a mixed experience at Palacio Julio Hotel. The beautiful lobby set high expectations, but the rooms were pretty plain and felt disconnected from the grandeur of the entrance. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from major sites, but the service left something to be desired.
I had a pleasant stay at Palacio Julio Hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms and amazing views, especially of the Popocatepetl volcano. The location was fantastic, just a block from the Zócalo, which made it easy to explore Puebla. While some areas seemed a bit dated and could use updating, the friendly staff and general hospitality made my visit enjoyable. Overall, I would happily return, though there are a few areas that could use improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at Palacio Julio Hotel, where the amazing entrance hall immediately captured my attention. The spacious room I had was comfortable, but I did face some issues with the hot water. However, the fantastic location near the Zócalo and delicious breakfast options made up for it. Overall, it's a charming hotel with some good characteristics! 😊
